I recently engaged Guy Saddleton Real Estate to sell my Bellingen Home. I chose this business because as a potential buyer I had been attending many, many open houses and those run by Guy Saddleton consistently provided great information. Details such as property specs as well as floor plans really made it much easier to remember which house was which. I also appreciated the excellent photography and web presentation. When it came to my own house it was also photographed beautifully and had strong interest from both interstate and locally. It was sold in approx. 1 week, almost too quickly! But in the property climate of the time with so many sales falling through at last minute, having strong interest from buyers meant negotiations were short and payment fast.
