I am based in Bellingen and I only sell
'limited edition' real estate in Bellingen and surrounding areas
including Gleniffer, Promised Land, Gordonville, Fernmount, Marx
Hill, Kalang, Thora, Dorrigo, Raleigh, Repton, Mylestom, North Beach,
Hungry Head, Snapper Beach, Urunga, Third Headland, Oyster Creek,
and Valla Beach. Because I only ever list a handful of properties
at any one time, I am able to deliver an exceptionally high level
of service to all clients that focuses particularly on presentation,
marketing, and negotiation to achieve the highest possible price
in a given market.
The truth is that I only deal with
a very small part of the total real estate market that exists in
my area but you can be assured that the properties I do offer for
sale will all be 'limited edition' and have that 'something special'
about them.
