This home is approx 13 years old and very well maintained.  It’s fully insulated with batts throughout the ceiling so it’s lovely and warm in winter and in summer there’s a ‘whirligig’ to let the heat out so it stays nice and cool.  There’s a solar tube skylight providing great natural light in the living area and the front windows are solar tinted for even more comfort and privacy.
