The classic wide hall entry is instantly inviting and through the door at the end of the hall the living room/conservatory beckons, bathed in light with birds fluttering in the trees, but first to the bedrooms. The main bedroom is beautifully large (5 x 5m) complete with classic Victorian grate fire place, floor to ceiling built in robes and of course, polished floors. There's a smaller (2.5 x 4.5m) enclosed verandah room adjoining that offers ensuite access to the bathroom and makes a fantastic dressing room, nursery or 3rd bedroom.

The kitchen/dining area is huge (10 x 5m) and the kitchen has Australian cherrywood cupboards with plenty of bench space, a double sink with composting chute and filtered drinking water, a dishwasher, a new electric stove and cooktop and French doors onto the northern verandah. The dining area enjoys another set of French doors to the northern verandah and the slow combustion log burner in the corner can be used to heat your water in winter as well as warm the house. The polished timber floors and 12 foot ceilings throughout are simply magnificent, as are the 10m long red mahogany lining boards in this room.
