In any relationship trust is everything. No Trust - no relationship. In 2008 we bought a property through Guy Saddleton Real Estate (GSRE) and in November 2010 they sold that property for us. When we bought we were impressed by Guy’s primary responsibility to the vendor. Some agents quickly forget the vendor and take the buyer’s side or discount to get the sale. Guy’s attitude was ‘this is what the property is calculated to be worth and this is what it should sell for’. We paid full price when we purchased and when we sold, we sold for full price.

Julie has lived and worked in the Bellinger Valley since 1991, her youngest son, Sam, has come through the excellent local school system and is completing his schooling at Bellingen High School. She has a strong background in office administration and graphic design, and in her spare time she enjoys painting in watercolours. Julie is half of our front desk/sales support team, and brings a wealth of knowledge and local connections to the GSRE team.
